Recently I got a new DVD combo rom and tried playing a movie from it. It had files with ext vob and when tried to play it on real, window,interactual, but all in vain. Can you please help me!

Incase you can't play .vob from dvd there should be problem with you combo installlation. Even a virus can be the problem and if the dvd persist problem. Try to install InterVideo WinDVD and then try.

vob files are used only on DVDs. You have to have a DVD player software installed to be able to play the files. Check the CD that came with your new drive. It should have a DVD player software included on it. Once installed, you simple insert the DVD into the drive and it will play.
