I need some help with a name for this salad as well as a recipe!!! I know that it is found on lots of buffets/salad bars and it is a salad all itself. It is a vegetable salad and not a fruit salad. I can't think of what is is, if you have any ideas please send them my way even if you think it could be wrong. I know that once I hear the name of it I will remember that, that is it!!! ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

It would help if you could describe the salad. Lettuce or no lettuce. What vegetables??? Vinegary or not, creamy, etc.
