Well it depends on what you like. I've had green bean casserole before. Here's what I plan on making for Thanksgiving and maybe you can get some ideas from it.
Turkey, stuffing, mac n' cheese, homemade mashed potatoes, candied yams, steamed vegetables, salad, corn muffins, ham, pumpkin pie.
I'm not sure if I'll make any more dishes, do you have any ideas that I haven't mentioned?

Green beans cooked with bacon, a little butter, and brown sugar. YES!
Really, anything sweet works wonderfully with ham. Yams go great... also consider making some couscous, and adding some cinnimon, slivered almonds, and some chopped dried apricots. It's amazing!

Potato Salad, or mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and macaroni salad....are good side dish choices with ham.....

My family likes greenbeans or greenbean casserole. My son says bisquits as ham can be salty sometimes.

Mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, steamed asparagus with hollandaise. (The hollandaise goes really well with the ham too.)
