just wash all the dirt out of it, put a plaster on it to stop it rubbing on anything, after 24 hours take the plaster off so it can dry out and form a scab, if you leave the plaster on it won't heal because it remains soggy from the sweat of the plaster and can't scab

Clean away any foreign material. Put a topical antibiotic ointment on it (like Neosporin - the kind with pain-killer helps a lot on scrapes), and a bandage to cover the wound. Change the bandage at least once a day since scrapes tend to "weep", using fresh ointment each time.

Clean it with calendula tincture diluted in warm water. Lovely & soothing & the calendula really speeds up wound healing. Tape a dressing over the top as the exposed superficial nerve endings are what makes it so painful. Clingfilm is a good alternative, tape it down at the edges with surgical tape.

Clean area with hydrogen peroxide and watch it bubble.
Then apply a triple antibiotic cream. You can apply a gauze over the area but don't let it dry out. Remove gauze carefully and reapply antibiotic ointment.
Wash with antibiotic soap to keep the skin free from contamination, then reapply antibiotic ointment.
Leave area open to it can heal properly.
(This is over a 72 hour period. )

Wash it out real well and leave it to air dry. You might need to wash it a couple of times a day depending on how much dirt got into it. Neosporin is good to help heal it faster, but some people are allergic to it. Good ole fresh air does the job best.
