Google/Yahoo/AlltheWeb searches retrieved zero results about this program which used 99% of my CPU and which could not be ended through Task Manager. As a result, I was forced to shut my system down. I've never seen or heard of this program and it appeared only one time after leaving my system on overnight. The task manager indicated some type of service.

ive never heard of it either, best to remove it or disable it is via start-->run-->msconfig press enter/ok
goto startup tab top right and look on the list for that program and untick it. press and apply and close and yes to restart.

I would have to actually take a look at your computer to know for sure, but I believe it is the remnenets of an old computer program. I have the same problem, only mine is with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. If you find the program, re-install it, then use your computer's add-remove program feature (under control panel) you should be able to remove it.
Hope I helped ya.
