I need to fix my Ofiice 2003 downloading the file Ose.exe.How can I do it?

On 10/13 06 I received 7 updates for OFF.2003 that couldn´t be installed due ERROR CODE x80070643 message.Windows helpfiles explain that maybe some registry keys needed for installation have been eliminated or changed(whatever).I had bought formerly "Registry Patrol" from "Patrolsoftware.com" and sought support but NEVER got an answer.

Assuming you have the Office CD, have it ready in case the "reapir" ask for it.
Go into the Control Panel
Double Click the Add or Remove Progam icon
Find and click on MS Office
Click on the "Change" button
You should get a screen with an option to "repair" office
Select the "repair" option
If prompted, but in the Office CD
The repair should reinstall any missing or altered files
Then try the update(s) again
