Kids get them all the time. They come from having soap in their ears and not rinsing properly. They also get them because kids tend to produce a lot of oil in and around their ears. This is why mothers are always nagging their children to wash behind their ears. It gets really gross.

ya he can... i sometimes get pimples in my ear!!!!.... specially if i have a shower or bath i dotnrinse out the shampoo or whatever it block the pores and forms a pimple..shouldnt be anything to worry about but if it will set your mind at ease go to the doctor in case

yes, and that quit normal, they get pimples because of the dirt that accumulates inside the ear drum!

yeah. all a pimple is is simply dirt getting into the pores. if it gets too big or starts to hurt him then take him to his doc
