I would suggest educating yourself clearly and have a full and complete understanding of your disease. Especially if you feel that you are better off dealing with it on your own. Don't be so biast to think that some kind of treatment won't work for you. It could be the best thing for you and you're too stubborn to know it until you try it. It's like kids, they swear they hate something even before they've tried it. Be open minded if you're serious about this and it sounds like people around you really care enough to WATCH you do the right thing... I think you should be proud that you're at least taking the first step and that's acknowleding that it's time to face this, deal with it and start getting back to health!

GOOD LUCK!!!

Okay, in my case anyways, it's difficult for me to eat when people watch me. It creeps me out just a bit.
Anyways, remember that everything takes time and don't expect yourself to be fully non-anorexic overnight.
Starts off slow at first, pace yourself. Take a light snack every once in a while, like a granola bar or something, just to make sure that you don't starve to death.
Exercise too. Work up an appetite, you'll eat a comfortable amount and stay healthy. It's a win win situation.
Avoid junk food and greasy food. That's just empty calories and fill your stomach, but won't help you cure anorexia.
Just remember to do everything at your own pace, not the pace of others.

Anorexia is a psycological issue. If you cannot eat enough to gain or maintain a healthy weight, it is because you have a psycological issue that you need to deal with. Professional help is best, but to help yourself, you need to try and understand what it is you are struggling with. Do you think you are fat? Does food sound unhealthy because of fat content, salt, additivies? Do you want to be thinner? Once you truly understand why you don't want to eat, then you need to seek out facts. The facts will show you that you must eat and must be at a healthy weight. Being overly thin is bad for your health, you are susceptable to all sorts of diseases and conditions, some of which if you are young can permanently damage you body for life. Then you need to decide on a plan. That will include a proper diet and a support group to help you stick to your diet and understanding of you condition. You need to communicate that plan to everyone and get them to support you. Then you can try and stick with it. It would be a lot easier with professional help, but that is how to start.

If you are truly suffering from an eating disorder, then you have psychological health problems. You need to first focus on weight gain, and additionally seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist. Psychotherapy is proven to work well, but it's nearly impossible to treat yourself.

Finally, I seriously doubt you have anorexia if you admit to being so and actually try to eat. Anorexia is also a symptom of simply having a decreased appetite.. In any case, I would recommend seeing a doctor.

You can just eat as much as you like. Start out by drinking a lot of milk. It's good for your skin and is almost like a meal. Eat junk food first, like chips with salsa or maybe chocolate. Also, drink lots of orange juice, because it is very healthy.

Also, I know I sound like a parent, but do talk to a counselor at school under the condition that they tell NO ONE. Help is there if you need it. And, talk to your parents. You seem committed to get help, so do it.

Your doing a lot of damage to your body by not eating whether you can realize it or not. I suggest you start eating normally and healthy or you will be in serious trouble in the long run. You shouldn't have to force food down your throat. If you don't wanna go for professional help then ur s*** outta luck.

Usually anorexia is a symptom of a bigger problem. There is something bother you and you might not even know what it is. I would go into counseling and try to work out the issue because ultimately that is what will cure your anorexia.

You need to eat to be healthy. Your teeth will fall out and your hair not to mention the bad breath. Try to love yourself first for who you are and find something to keep you happy and post reminders and goals around so you don't forget. You have to be strong and want to do it for yourself.... It is hard but you can do it and will be strong for yourself not for anyone else. Good Luck

Set rules for yourself......time of day that you have to eat sit down and eat........how much you have to eat in a day, keeping in mind its a healthy amount.....write down what you actually ate in a day so that you know you had enough........and make sure you stick to your commitment to get better........... big thing.....stop weighting yourself......

Stay strong....you can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can't committee to this on your own....you will need professional help...........
