That is a tough question, but easy. If you are going to be a housewife with no kids, I'll would choose to be a Medical Doctor in a heart beat; If your going to be a housewife with children I would recommend to be a housewife, because you will definitely not want to miss your child's first tear, real laugh, first long conversation and specially you don't want to miss the day he looks at you and calls you mama.

Medical Doctor or Housewife- for me that's really easy!!! Medical Doctor is sure all glam title and all but a Housewife although it sounds dirty is a chance to be creative. If you have children or plan on having chidren any time soon that makes the decision even easier. Your kids are only kids for a short while then they grow up and you never get that chance back again. I would choose housewife in a heart beat. You can always go back to be a medical doctor if you're not satified with what you're doing!!!

I don't think both is the best choice but you didn't say MOM, you said HOUSEWIFE. So, if it's housewife and NOT mom, then sure - both. If it is MOM and doctor, well it depends on what kind of doctor don't you think? And it depends on how much time you want to have for your family. Doctors - even plain old family practice docs and pediatricians with small practices - are BUSY. You need to choose for yourself but if it was me, I'd choose being a mom first, then being a doctor after the kid(s) got older.

I think being a doctor would be an admirable profession, and if you have the intelligence to complete a medical degree there should be nothing stopping you. Being a medical doctor and a mother at the same time would be totally awesome when you settle down in marriage. Prayers =)

Housewife, definitely.
Men are happier and marriages last longer when women don't have jobs other than being a homemaker and mother. It's not the popular thing to say, but statistics show it's better for marriages to have moms at home.

Definetely a house wife! Especially if u have kids! I would LOVE to be able to stay home and bake cookies alllll day long! The problem is now a days it takes 2 incomes if u ever want to get ahead on life! I do work full time as a general manager- but Id love to be a house wife. I was for several years and loved it!

First of all, to those who chose both as an answer. You must realize that the definition of a housewife/husband precludes having another job.
I love my wife and kids to pieces, but I need the time away from them to keep my sanity.
