Sounds like you need to contact and accident attorney...especially if the Dr. you saw was hired by the insurance company. Accident injury attorney's don't charge you anything unless they make a recovery for you. You can also ask for a second opinion. The Dr. can't tell you if you have pain or if you don't... I was in an accident. Took me 3 years..but, I finally received a substantial settlement. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!

You don't need an attorney.
But under New York's No-Fault statute, you have every right to have all the medical care you need up to the policy limits.
You don't have the right to unjustly enrich yourself at the expense of all of your fellow policyholders.
If you still have pain in your trapezoid muscle then go get treated for that and forget about your pelvis.
It doesn't matter where it hurts or what you may or may have said to another doctor.
If it hurts....tell them that.

This makes ABSOLUTELY no sense.

How does anyone know you're not in pain unless you TELL them one way or another?

Oh, and before an insurance pays a no-fault claim, they ask for copies of your medical record.

If you want to milk your insurance company then I recommend that you see a psychiatrist. You obviously lost a few marbles in the collision and may have degraded to a permanent level of confusion and inability to communicate a simple idea. I think that with appropriate legal assistance, you can get permanent psychiatric disability.

Your "no fault" insurance doesn't care. That's your insurance, that pays your medical bill.

Go to another doctor for the back pain.
