It takes 7800 bleedles to make 120 quaffles, the forklift can only carry 1000 quaffles per trip. How many trips will the forklift make to supply enough bleedles to make 4000 quaffles?

Four. 4000 quaffles, 1000 quaffles per trip.

The other two figures are meaningless.

Figuring out which information is relevant is half the battle (and will prevent cranial explosions).

Your question is "how many bleedles does the forklift have to move?" ... so there is insufficient information provided. The load capability of the forklift with respect to the "bleedle" is missing. If, indeed, the forklift is required to move the bleedles at all.

How many quaffles it can move is irrelevant detail.
