I'm guessing 'an it harm none, then you what you will'

Are there any others? Is there a book/text that someone can read to find out what true wiccans believe? or what the majority believes?

1) A belief that Divinity is immanent, rather than transcendent.
 This Divinity can be personified in multiple ways, depending on one’s personal needs and inclinations.
 “All gods are one god, and all goddesses are one goddess.”

2) A belief that Life and Nature are to be celebrated, rather than simply endured.
 One way we do this is by having our holy days demarked by natural events such as Solstices, Equinoxes and the mid-points between them, the phases of the moon and significant points in a person’s life cycle.
 Another way we do this is by celebrating the common events of daily life and not creating large gulfs between what is “secular” and what is “sacred”.

3) Do not cause harm, failing that do as little harm as possible.
 The definition of “harm” is the responsibility of the individual – no one else can define it for them.
 Actions have consequences. Good actions have good consequences; bad actions have bad consequences.

4) Faith in the great potential and inherent divinity of each person.
 This is the root of magick, that we all have the ability to shape ourselves into the person we wish to be.
 Inherent in this a lifelong commitment to learning and growth.

I see you have the Wiccan rede down pretty good in you're question. And it harm none, do what you wilt".

It's way tougher than it looks. It makes the 10 commandments look simple when you really think about it. Cause' everything must be judged, weighed and measured by this criteria. I'm probably making it sound legalistic, but it just comes naturally.

Especially when you know if you don't, it can come back 3 fold.

I got my info, some, from Raymond Buckland. He is a very good writer on the subject.

The "wiccan religion" is actually a hodgepodge of religions rolled into one. The original wiccan traditions were basically wiped out with the advent of western religions, mainly catholicism, and now follow traditions that were recreated a few decades back from the remaining documents and word of mouth.

While not evil in thought, Wiccan tradition is a ego stroker, believing you can control the world in which you live, and is popular because we as humans cannot truly control our enviroment.
