I usually cant breathe through both nostrils at the same time. Sometimes if the weather is just right or if im exerting myself i can use both. But most time i can only breathe through one.
What do you think this is?
Is there a name for it?

its actually called "rhinitis" (inflamation of nasal tissues), not Sinusitis (infection of the sinuses).

Rhinits can have many causes,,weather, smells, allergens, cig smoke, colds..

Best treatment is a steroid nasal spray that an MD can prescribe
(Nasalcrom-- non-prescription antiinflammatory spray, can also be helpful but expensive and needs to be used 3-4 times a day)

hope this is helpful. Good luck.
