What I think you should do first is Think about this and then answer it to yourself: Do I LIKE HIM BECAUSE HES CUTE OR DO I LIKE HIM BECAUSE HES THE RIGHT ONE FOR ME. AND IF YOU LIKE HIM BECAUSE HES THE RIGHT ONE THEN HE WILL STILL BE THERE FOR YOU ON THE SECOND DATE AND THEN THIRD AND WHEN EVER YOUR READY THEN KISS HIM!! DON'T KISS HIM IF YOU DON'T THINK HES THE RIGHT ONE

Now, I'm a Dad and 60 years old, so don't tune me out, OK? When a boy is forward enough to ask if you kiss on a first date, he is forward enough to do other things on subsequent dates, and he is looking for the wrong things here. I am not saying that you should not give him a chance, but why are you dating a 17 yo anyway. Where are your parents! I raised three sons, and I wouldn't let them date until they were 17. If I had had a girl, she would not have dated until 17. You are too young to date like this! I know that you don't want to hear this, but please proceed with caution. Looks in a guy is just that - just looks. Find out what he is made of before you give away your kisses that easily! If you were my daughter, we would not be having this discussion. Good luck, be safe, and I would say no to the kiss on the first date - now if you were 17, I might have a different opinion.

The fact that he asked you before the date is something to be concerned about. You did give a good answer. It should depend on how much of a gentleman he is. If you decide to kiss him, be certain it is just a fast kiss, nothing long or romantic. If that turns him off, then he is only interested in you for the wrong reasons.
Looks are not the reason you should want to kiss someone. You should want to kiss them because they mean a lot to you and you care for them as a person. You are young, so don't worry too much.

I think he is a bit too old for you. In teenage years, 3 years has an equivalant to 10 years maturity wise. You should never go out with someone just for their looks either, thats a bit shallow. Anyway, if you've known him for a while and really do like him I believe that just a SMALL kiss should be fine, but no making out or frenching for a while.

Only if you feel like it. The answer to any sexual activity is always to enjoy what you're doing, but to be sure that you are not endangering yourself or sending the wrong signals. If this guy likes you and you like him, there's nothing wrong with kissing each other; but from what you've asked and the way you've presented it, I'd say you have very little if any experience to draw upon...don't you have a[n](good-looking) older sister or a friend closer to his age to ask these questions???

Make sure you're comfortable with everything first...leave him wanting it but don't kiss him on the first date. He'll respect you more and you'll be able to tell if he's out just for sex or if he really likes you.

Leave a little mystery for future dates. If you want to kiss him then give him a little peck on the cheek and let him know how much you enjoyed spending time with him.

I wouldn't. I am 25 and my boyfriend of three years waited 2 months just to hold my hand. That is not a good sign he asked you like that.Kind of shows what he wants and you're too young.Anyway, you'll make them want you more if you wait.

Well if you've known him for at least a month then its not bad to kiss him but if you've just gotten to know him, back off because he might just want your goodies.

Go with what feels right to you. Don't feel pressured one way or another and if the boy wants to pressure you it means he is just a selfish jerk.
