I used to smoke a pack a day and got it down to a pack every 4-5 days, but I can't see to get below that.

I smoke about 1 pack in a 24hr period,don't sleep much smoke marlboro lights.

Depends on how my day is going, but generally 1/2 -1 pack a day....

Quit just like a year ago... I wish I had one right now. Newport baby I don't smell bad anymore so it is good...
