OK. Heres the info I found, backing my word. Hard Cheeses can be frozen, WITH CARE. I sited my resource so you can further check, but Feta should be fairly ok for a short amout of time.
10. Can you make cheese last longer by freezing it? Most hard cheeses can be frozen, however, there will be changes in texture. If you are looking for information on a specific cheese, check out Cheese Profiles in the All About Cheese section. Generally speaking, thawed cheese is best used crumbled or shredded, in salads or as toppings, or in uncooked dishes. Tips for freezing hard cheeses: 1. Freeze pieces in one-half pound or less 2. Use moisture proof and airtight wrapping 3. Freeze quickly and store at 0° F for two or more months 4. Thaw in refrigerator 5. Use as soon as possible after thawing

Dear Luv2be: I have never tried freezing feta cheese only because when I buy it I consume it very quickly and it goes especiallyvery will in salads. Needless to say I love it!

I wouldn't. Too much moisture content, the texture would be weird. I can't even keep feta in the fridge long enough for it to go bad! One of those 4 oz. containers is gone within 3 days. :)
