My boyfriend of 5 years sayes he wants to marry me but when i asked him when he was goning to propose she said he wants it to be a suprise that was almost a year ago and he still hasent proposed do you think he still wants to marry me?

Give him time, do not bug him about it, he knows when the right time is going to be, and you have to just relax and wait for it. God bless.

He has been with you for 5 years and has told you that he wants to marry you but maybe he just isnt ready to take that leap. Not being ready for marriage doesnt mean that he dont want to marry you, he just isnt ready at this time. Proposing to some one is a huge deal and stressful at that. Of course he wants it to be a surprise. He wants it to be perfect. Just be patient and dont rush him into it or you may just push him away. Good Luck =)

most probably but since you asked when he's going to propose it kinda ruined the special moment for him so he might be waiting for the RIGHT tyme to do it.
if you want try pretending you forgot about marriage maybe that wil make it easier for him to think you've 4 gotten then he will feel its the right tyme to propose
dont show him that you are in a hurry to get married it might make him scared of asking you now

I don't know it sounds really strange to me. Maybe he's trying to save up money for a ring. If he's changed his mind about marrying you I"m sure you'd be seeing some personality changes as well. Is he acting different around you?

It seems like holidays are popular, so maybe it will be Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve and especially Valentines Day.

I'm a guy and I think he may never propose. That doesn't mean he doesn't love you, but he's probably scared of the commitment.

not sure, mostly girls want to get married and then mostly boys say yes after some really good sex sometime. Often they don't even want too, they just get tricked into it.

it takes time to make something as perfect as you want it. He is probebly seeing what u like best and wat will make you the happiest and he will then propose to you the way you like it and that he knows that u will be excited and say yes to him.
