i mean... is it true when a guy says he loves you and hes crazy about you, hes really meant it?

Well sometimes its true and sometimes its not. You should be able to tell whether or not he is sincere. Does he only say these things when he wants something from you? Sexually or not. Or does he always tell you these things? If we always think about what if he is lying, then we would drive our selves crazy and not be able to enjoy a relationship.
Unless he gives you doubts about his feelings, let it be and be happy that a man is telling you how he feels. A lot of men have a hard time expressing themselves.

actions speak louder than words. he can say he loves you, but if he doesn't show it, it doesn't mean crap. does he go in for the hug first? does he offer to take you places? does it make you warm inside when he tells you how he feels (chemistry)? does he make you feel special? you can tell when someone loves you or not.

1 his age
2his relationship history
3how long and well you know each other
4how he shows his feelings, not just what he says
5his personality matters too, is he the shy type? a party dude?

that depends if he is just talking out of his butt to get into your pants. watch out. it is hard to find a nice good man out their who means what he says as well as his actions.
