I don't know what type of baked beans you mean but if it's the tinned variety like Heinz do then there are so many things that are quick and simple you can do with them. Here are a few ideas.

Snacks

Beans on toast
Beans on toast with grilled cheese
Beans on toast topped with a fried egg
For a variation add some hot pepper sauce to the beans.
Baked potato with beans and cheese

Main meals

Chili con Carne using baked beans instead of kidney beans
Minced beef and onions with beans
Can of vegetable soup with a can of beans added.
Vegetable casserole with beans

Mixed breakfast grill, bacon, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms, grilled tomato, fried bread, grilled cheese fried egg and, of course, beans.

My husband swears by this. Brown a pound of ground beef, 2 cans of baked beans, and 2-4 Tbsp Dijon mustard. Bake until heated through.

It was his mom's dish, and 40+ years later he still loves it.

When my son was in Boy Scouts, he was taught this one:

Ground beef (1-2 lbs)
One lg onion
Baked Beans (or Pork n Beans - your choice).

Brown beef with onions, season with salt & pepper. Add beans and cook till hot & bubbly. Serve with biscuits or cornbread.

He was so excited to make this for us -- I thought it sounded horrid, but it was GREAT! So simple and filling.
