You ask your parents. The conversation might go something like this:

You: Hey mom? Did you put software on my computer to track my every move?

Your Mom: Why, yes honey. We're concerned for your safety, and feel it's important to know who you're talking to, what you're doing and to make sure that the content that you are browsing is age appropriate for you. We love you schmoopeykins. We're your parents, and we need to protect you.

You: Take it off.

Your mom: No.

You: I'm going to Yahoo Answers to find out how to get it off.

Your Mom: That's a good idea honey. Yahoo answers is a family oriented site, with good people that we don't mind you associating with. Where do you think we got the idea to install the software on your computer?

You: I hate you.

Your Mom: Well, we love you. Now go outside and play.

Everything that happens to us in life is usually "controlled" by someone else.

The only thing we can control is how we react to anything that we experience!
