Like when you are looking at programs through the startup utility

Well in the startup you don't need any of them. Unless its anti virus or a program you need to run. I clean all items out of startup when i work on someones computer. The only problems i have ever ran into is with firewalls and anti virus. if you take out the firewall from startup you will have NO internet access till you add it back into startup.

It is different on all computers,Because the programs that are installed by company,What i do is under start up any thing that says system i leave checked,any thing that says programs i UN check under msconfig.Only the things i know i have download and installed is what i uncheck.

it will be change from computer to another .
Becouse your computer may installed programs and other computer may installed another programs .
you can clean your start up programs by typing in RUN (msconfig) to add or remove programs you like to open wen you turn on your computer.
