It's no good to swallow it. I guess it will get out anyway. It wont stay there for a long time, unless it gets stucks somewhere. I dont swallow gum, it's no good.

On average about 24 hours - people have different cycles, but the average according to my doctors is 24 hours +/-3 hours. Gum does not stick like you think it might - it is handled like any food and will come out in the morning mail with the rest of the waste.

there was a study done on this years ago because of the rumor that gum will stay in your system forever... old mother's tale...and they found it goes through your system like any other food and at the same rate. it doesn't 'stick' around and 'gum' up the works as they say.

Gum is dissolved by stomach acid as quickly if not quicker than any other food you intake!
