In Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi the word:Panga is very well understood, but no exact English translation has been discovered. Panga, is mostly used in jokes, and jokingly. It is not a literary word. Donot take any panga with Panga. You have understood this well. Havent you !

this correct translation is "DON't mess with me". this is a punjabi language warning. it is said that this is a masculine term and it is not customary for females to use the term. if a man can threaten, why not a female, and if a female wants what term to use (or may be they are supposed to whine to the menfolk haha) is not clear. in today's practice, however, everyone threatens everyone else. long live sexual revolution!

Is the question what's the translation of that or is it what's the reply to that?
It's a bit difficult to understand what you're asking for.
And if you could mention the language's name, we might be able to Google it for you.
