Where's the best place for a beer in Leicester?

I want somewhere cool and not full of kids where I can have a beer and play pool with decent music...

depends what time of day u wanna go out. the loaded dog on london road is good for an easy afternoon playing pool and chilling. great selection of beers to!
in the evening i guess theres rack and roll(pool hall) but it tends to be full of brats! The polar bear has a great atmosphere in the evening.decent pool table, good music and great ale ... then if ya fancy a dance later on ya can always wonder down stairs!

Time Bar on London Road has pool and isn't full of kids.
