I want to cut my hair and I want a different style. I have tried searching for hairstyle sites that let you upload your pricture, but everyone of them charge a fee. Does anyone know of a free one?

No, but you could get a cheap copy of cosmopolitan makeover. Its not the greatest, but it gives the general idea of what you would look like. I got one at best buy for like ten bucks. Older editions of course, are cheaper.
