Firstly my advice would be to see a doctor but I note that you have recently joined a gym and your calorie intake is less than it should be. Could your pain be due to the new exercises you are doing? Is your diet correct? Don't listen to weight trainers, ask a dietitian. It could be that your diet is lacking certain vitamins and minerals such as Folic Acid or B12. If the pains persist consult your doctor.

There are so many reasons that you should see a doctor. I don't know how old you are, but this could be a lot of things, including a circulation problem, a nerve problem, a back problem, or possibly diabetes.

Go see your doctor. Good luck.

I think you have to get your blood moving by excercising. It might be a good idea. Ask your doctor.
