She loves milk, so from time to time, I give her a small saucer full. Is this ok?

No - milk isn't good for dogs. Why noy give her a spoon full of lo-fat cottage cheese or no-fat, no-sugar yogurt, instead? Both have enzymes which are good for digestion and dogs love it.

Hello,

I agree with Stacy. Dogs are lactose intolerant. My poodle Tonto sometimes had diarrhoea, when we fed him milk. Try not to give too much. Oh, raisins, grapes and chocs are poisonous (lethal, in fact) to dogs. DONT feed these to them, even if they beg.

Dogs are lactose intollerant and it may give them an upset stomach. If your dog like milk try giving her lactose free or pet milk so it isn't so hard on her digestive system.

Never give your pet the homogenized milk. You can give her the canned goat mlk mixed half and half with water,or the pup formula that comes in a can purchased at any feed store.
