It shouldn't. Your hormones must be fluctuating and it's by coincidence that you've not masturbated, etc.

Masturbation Spots

No, it does not. Be careful with some of the answers here that although perhaps well intended are also misleading. Acne is simply a skin condition, a layman's definition would be something like a condition of your skin cells not sloughing off regularly like in other parts of your body. Consequently old dead cells are trapped along with dirt and sebaceous products (fat from your skin) in your pores and hair follicles. Now, this is a perfect environment for bacteria to thrive and you get these blemishes also called pimples, cysts, zits and blackheads.
You say that there is a correlation between when you masturbate and when you don't, with your recurrence of acne. If you are in your teenage years your hormones are "raging," so to speak. This means they are "out of control" or in clinical terms, not balanced. That said your hormones go up and you feel like masturbating and at the same time guess what...your acne worsens. Good observation! Not necessarily a cause and effect here, you see? More like two effects of "raging hormones."
I have had a LOT of personal experience with acne and have learned what works for me. Acne cannot be cured but the occurrence of blemishes can be prevented some. A salicylic based facial cream cleanser is what works for me. I also use a salicylic based on the spot gel for eliminating breakouts, my favorite brand is Neutrogena. Good luck!
BTW, for whatever reason there are lots of people out there with a LOT of misconceptions regarding acne. When you hear those things think about what they are saying and then think of what acne really is. Think back to what I said about the cells. For example, you felt masturbation worsens acne, others feel people who don't have sex get acne?! Food (not really, but you would think the less fat you have the better right! Actually some supplements help it though) and exercise (increase in circulation actually might help not hurt) are not really going to affect your acne. If this were true then you'd see all athletes with acne, their heart rate increases and so does their circulation. (Some have acne, many have the clearest skins ever!) Also, some people think people with acne have it because they don't wash their face. Not true, in fact washing too much can be very drying and irritating to your skin which in turn causes those pores to get "messed up" and bacteria sets in again. People in the clinical setting even have differing views, they just don't know enough about it and most grew up hearing these stories too. Really, good luck! The old wives's tales are quite funny though! = )

Definitely NO. How can masturbation gives you acne? There is no relationship between masturbation and growing acne. The resultof masturbation is that you can prevent stress and have a kind of awesome feelings in you.

You've made an interesting link here & it may be that you have found an answer to the problem - ie masturbation = spots - IN YOUR CASE! What others are missing here is that action / reaction is different for everyone. I think you should keep this discovery to yourself, that way, noone will know what you've been up to!! Seriously though, many health prefessionals (complementary) would look at your "personal discovery" as an individual response & from that prescribe a treatment. I've had a couple of male patients attending my clinic who have told me the same thing so it's not TOTALLY unusual.

It is a myth. I think the misconception came from the fact that testosterone increases libido and its surge causes ACNE in adolescents. There is no relation between mascturbation and acne. It is natural to masturbate and an ejoyment. It is fun. Just do it!

No What could be happening is during masturbation is your adrenaline is flowing and you heart pumps more blood. This will result in more circulation around the body including your face. Therefore, the blood circulation can cause pores to open and trap in dirt which can lead to acne.

They have a section on myths. This should assure you that by masturbating, this has nothing to do with your spots.

Try to change your diet, get more exercise and continue to enjoy your masturbating sessions.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. It boosts your metabolism and improves natural ephadrine, the hormone that burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition from Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon within your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 per cent!

No. have you tried cutting out chocolate? Or if you are a model maker, spend some time away fom the adhesive. Used to give me spots. I would say a dermatologist is the best bet though if your symptoms are persistent.
