Is it possible to remove context menu items from outlook using a group policy or even just doing it individually?

The catch is that it only needs to take effect on tasks leaving all options there for everything else (the option i need to remove it delete)
Alternativly does anyone know how to remove the 'mark as complete and delete item' option from tasks in outlook?

Try the Microsoft Office Resource Kit. It allows you to control many features using group policies. I believe that it includes what you're looking for.
