The first thing you have to do is find out why you're going so often. One possibility is a swollen prostrate gland. If that's the case, it can be corrected - - - see a good urologist.
Another possibility is liquid before going to bed. Too much beer, coffee, tea or anything else after dinner will have you getting up. The answer is simple, it doesn't have to be told.

On the other hand, multi-task. Don't just limit bathroom visits to evacuation. Bring you laptop and continue to do your homework. Learn how to knit and be productive as you excrete. Or just use the time to clear your mind as you clear your bowels, meditate.
Just remember it probably takes less time and effort to be 'regular' that to empty and clean colostomy bags are dispose of Depends(c) or soak in the tub to get the encrusted residue removed.
Course that's just me. My 'quality time' is usually spent in a stall.

wow i never thought going to the bathroom was such a chore for some people lol try peeing in your pants if you want i'm sure you will like that better then getting up and going lol

Keep a container that's a gallon capacity next to you and pee into it. After that screw the cap on until the next pee.
