Taking into account that Jesus didn't say anything about Hell, or Heaven, just his father's kingdom, I don't know.
I'll be rotting somewhere...

That depends on how you lived your life, if you led a good life you go to a spiritual Paradise, if you led an evil life that you go to a spiritual prison. you soul stays there until the day of judgment. On the day of judgment every one will go to one of three kingdoms, Celestial, Terrestrial or Telestial. The latter is where the scum of the earth will go, the middle one is where people who lived good lives but did not make the required covenants will go, and the third is where those who completed all that was required of them will go.

Heaven or Hell, Atheists say we are going to just die and never live again and the reason they say this is because if they admit that there is a Heaven and Hell they know that they will burn in Hell forever so it's just easier for them to live with themselves and commit sin without remorse.

Heaven or Hell.
God's kingdom is Heaven- and Hell is reserved for Satan and his demons and those who never believed in God or that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again.
We have all sinned and fallen short of God's glory (Romans 3:23) and we all need a Savior, for sin is not allowed into heaven for God is holy and just. But God demonstrated His own love towards us in that while we were sinners Christ died for us! -Romans 5:8
Those who believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again will be set free from sin and given eternal life (heaven) after they die- and not only that but they will be given a new heart, changed and forgiven! Redeemed! Jesus did the most awesome thing ever- and there is no greater love than that. There is punishment for sin- and we have all sinned- but God has given us a way out! A free gift out of HIS grace! To accept that Jesus Died for you and rose again- and to trust in Him- repent of sin and follow Him! He is the ONLY way, truth and life and nobody comes to the Father but through Him- John 14:6
John 5:24
Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

well if the human race wasn't so infatuated with family members remains we would all be recycled back into the earth, instead we will be entombed in a coffin with concrete surrounding us preserved for eternity, or cremated it all depends on what your beliefs are.

I believe we never leave earth. When we die, that's the end of us, I believe, and our body decays.
