Just get a turkey, put it on his front door, and don't tell him that it came from you. by the way, I am very sorry that there are still racist people out there.
My friend, I wish you a very good Thanksgiving.
You sound like a neighbor I would love to have.

What a wondeful chance to change a persons misconceptions!!
Go out and buy a turkey, all the trimmings, and a couple of pies, then On Thursday Morning walk next door, knoock and invite the neighbors to your home for a Holiday Dinner.

There are food banks in every town and if he wants to make his family have a good thanksgiving, he can go to one of these. If he doesn't like you because you are black, he is a very bitter man, so maybe he enjoys being miserable. Too bad for his kids. Maybe if you are really concerned, you could call a local church and tell them the situation and they might be willing to bring them food.

Wow, I like your personality. If I was him, I would start feeling guilty and start acting nice around you next time. I suggest you leave him a gift basket full of food in front of his door and leave him a nice notes that makes him feel special. Good Luck! Happy Turkey Day!

well it sounds like Karma's comin' back and taking a big chunk out of his behind for bein a jerk to other people.
If you want to you could buy them a few things like a Turkey and some dressing or somethin like that. or you could just save some leftovers that your family has and send it to them so they could at least have somethin. just set it on the porch w/a note saying "from your neighbors" and head off back home to be with your family.
or to really get him, just present it to him or a family member and hope he sees it and just say "Happy Thanksgiving", hopefully he'll quit makin' an a** of himself from then on.
but you've got a good heart girl, don't let em bring you down.

You should be nice. We should forgive others for their shortcomings, whatever they may be. Buy the turkey and take it right to his door and tell him you hope God bless' their families holiday season. Or invite him to your house for a great meal. Remember you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar!

Maybe you could put the turkey on the doorstep and ring the bell and run off

Buy the turkey, but ask the store to deliver it anonymously.

I'd turn his name and address over to a local food bank or Salvation Army who distributes food baskets at this time of year. If he doesn't like you, he probably won't accept it.
