in the wrong place. So could someone that has one or knows, tell the order of the wiers on the distribuor cap.
I know this is hard to tell me but please try. =:)

Did you check to see if your car has an owner's manual still? It might say in there.

If no one answers, you could also try to look in an auto parts store to see if there is an opened manual, they usually have diagrams there.

You could also try unplugging wires 1 by 1 to see which cylinders are misfiring (if the cylinder is misfiring, unplugging the wire won't change anything - if it isn't misfiring, well, you'll get another misfiring cylinder and should be able to tell the difference).

5.0 or 5.8?

5.8 is 13726548
5.0 is 15426378
2.9 V-6 is 1-4-2-5-3-6

Come on, more information if you want an answer. Or, call your local Ford garage and ask (have the VIN handy)

look on the intake and it will tell you firing order

Firing order,
2.3 L 1,3,4,2
2.8L 1,4,2,5,3,6 3.0L and 4.0L is the same as 2.8L
