Who cares? Why do you feel the need to spread that information? Your question is condescending.

we didn't say it was divine, but actually the alphabet is of Sinaitic Semite origin. The Sinaitic Semite took from the hieroglyphics the sign for ox-head and called this sign by the name of the ox-head in his own language aleph. It underwent indepent development as it was transmitted to South Arabia and was employed by the Minaeans, while being carried northword to the Phoenician coast.

And your point is? Do you speak Arabic? Can you read in Arabic? Arabic is Gods chosen language he says this and for me his opinion far exceeds yours The vastness of the vocabulary is breathtaking and so beautiful it can reduce you to tears. Study Arabic then ask the question.
For your info joey....
Muslim know all that, but thanks. Muslims believe Judaism and Christianity where true religions before Islam was revealed as the final religion. And all Jews and Christians before Islam was revealed are actually classed as Muslims in the eyes of God. Only those who rejected Islam after it was revealed are not classed as Muslim. But thanks for telling us something we already know.

Let me share with you some thing about the Arabic language which the historians have said long back;
"..........the invention of Arabic letters was then but new, having been invented by one MORAMER [ Moram, son of Marah], improved by one EBA-MOCKLAH, about 300 years before Mahomet, and afterwards perfected as they are now by ALI EBA-BOREA, of trhe Arabia tribe, thence they were propagated to the CENDIAN tribe, and by one BASHAR [Bashshar] introduced at Meccah a little before the origin of Mahomet."--[ An Account of The Rise And Progress of Mahometanism with the life of Mahomet- by HENRY STUBBE, M.A. of Christ Church- Oxford, From a manuscript copied by Charles Hornby of Pipe office in 1705, London,Luzac & Co. 1911, pg-77 ]
" The Arabs, deeply interested in the scientific developement of thier language, worked out dictionaries, grammer and books on philosophy. A language beautiful in expression and scientific in organization was perfected by the 13th century.--[A history of World Civilization, by JAMES EDGAR SWAIN, Ph.D., Macgraw-Hill Book co.inc, pg-291 ]
There are 4 languages which are considered as the complete languages. Greek, Latin, Sanskrit and Arabic, Except Arabic all are dead.
And in response to Joey's answer;
Your answer is a proof that good things are inherent in every religion. So why do you hate Islam ?
Moreover Islam itself claims that it has come to confirm the earlier religions.
" Say : We believe in God and in what has been revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham and Ismael and Issac and Jacob and the tribes and in that which was given to MOSES and JESUS and in that which was given to all prophets from their Lord. WE MAKE NO DISTINCTION BETWEEN ANY OF THEM and to Him do we submit." ---The Quran

Not a Muslim, but did know that. [yawn]
Want some more?
Circumcision is the legacy of the Jews that the Muslims inherited. Bar Mitzvah of Jews, Sunnat of Muslims.
Ban of Pork is another legacy of the Jews inherited by the Muslims.
The ritual of offering the slaughtered animal to God and bleeding the carcass by the butcher, called "Kosher" by the Jews and "Halaal" by the Muslims, is yet another legacy.
The wearing of the skull cap, "yarmulke" of the Jews is yet another legacy of the Jews inherited by the Muslims. Dunno what they call it, though.
Covering of the hair by women, called "hijab" is yet another legacy of the Jews inherited by Muslims.
God, there are so many more; but I'm too bored to go on with all of them.
EDIT:
Huh? Where did I say that I "hated" Islam?
