DO NOT USE BLUE SHAMPOO!!!! Blue shampoo is to help with silver/blonde hair colors. The dandruff shampoo will not hurt the color. I would suggest that you get Paul Mitchess Tea Tree shampoo. Dandruff is a disease, it's not dry scalp. Head and shoulders, selsum blue, do not help dandruff. Pick up Tea tree shampoo and consult your physiian on what dto do for the dandruff.

I woudln't think it would effect the color since dandruff shampoos tend to be more moisturizing. But be careful and rinse with cold water. Perhaps you should use a normal shampoo and try a conditioning treatment if you have dandruff, your hair probably needs it after the highlights anyway.

Depends, if you just put the dye in and it's time to wash it out, DO NOT USE THE SHAMPOO!!!!!

If this is a few days after you put in the dye, washed it out ect. then it's okay, the shampoo won't affect it.

Trust me, I've done highlights before.

If you're concerned because the shampoo is blue, you could try Neutrogena T-Gel. It will not stain your hair. If your hair is not overly damaged & porous, no shampoo should stain your highlights or effect the color. Except, of course color enhancing shampoos.

Nope I have highlights and I use pantene shampoo. My higlights arnt fading. Using a straightening iron or curling iron fades away color though. Blow drying your hair does a little bit but not as much as using a flat iron.

It is important to protect your colour by using a colour conserving shampoo, if you don't there is a very good chance that the colour will fad more quickly.
