For a really good Bloody Mary (and be prepared for THE BEST), chill the vodka overnight with a few jalapeno/chili peppers (depending on your spice tolerance). Then strain and pour into glasses that have been chilled and rimmed with celery salt, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, lemon juice and pepper. Serve with a celery stalk or bean as a stirrer!
