Heaven and Hell are described in Hinduism as in Islam and christianity.

Those who do good go to heaven and those who do bad go to hell

The difference is Heaven and Hell are not eternal as per hinduism. After the energy of good or bad is finished, the souls come down and take re-birth as per their previous deeds.

Like if someone murdered an innocent, he will burn into hell for some time and then will be re-born to get killed by someone..

This chain of Karma continues till one gets merged into the Supreme (god)...which is far beyond heaven and hells
