actually you say "sexy Frau"
"reizvoll" nowadays would be understood more as charming, attractive, lovely...
while the word used for "sexy" really is "sexy". :)


If you wanted it to be a truly German sounding word, you would say
"aufreizende Frau" or "begehrenswerte Frau".
In contrast to "reizvoll", here the focus is unmistakably on her being sexy (rather than merely lovely in a number of possible ways).

Whatever any dictionary maintains, most German speakers would still prefer "reizvoll".
Not all of us feel the need to boast with a few badly pronounced English expressions (although there's nothing even the Germans can do to "sexy")
