Spice aisle of any grocery store. You can get whole seeds or ground. I'm betting you want the whole seeds for an Indian dish.

Most grocery stores should carry it in the spice section. Or try a health food store.

You should be able to get it from any grocery store in the spice section. You may need to go to a specialty/ethnic grocer to get it whole, but you should be able to find it ground anywhere.
