I read. Not online, though. That will give you headaches. But, if I’m tired and just can’t fall asleep then I will pick up a magazine or a book and read. I usually fall asleep after about 15 minutes, usually drooling on the books. Also, hot coco is a good relaxing if you’re wound up.

Much prayer..is required..since there is something keeping you from sleep.
you don't know what it is frankly...so the best remedy is to ask the one who knows all things..He can give you peace that passes all understanding Phillippians 4:7
says And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

You see right there the bible tells you not only will you have peace but he keeps your mind..which is where you have the issues that keep you from sleep. God bless

Read, watch TV, get on the internet, play video games. Take some Valerian and see if that helps too. It is an herb.

I find that if I occupy my mind (one reason I am on Y!A a lot) it causes drowsiness and I can get in a couple more hours

run 10 miles, you'll be so exhausted that you have to sleeep! or you'll just end up dying..either way youll still get rest

i have sleeping issues too and i talked to my doctor and she told me not to do anything in bed except sex and sleep. so if ur gonna read, dont do it in bed..same with tv or music. you could pray, or write, or get on yahoo!answers =)....its addicting!
