a good salad with a rich rance dressing with all the freshest toppings....
and then i would like for my lunch
pork medallions...with garlicy mashed potatoes...and a side of something special like a good vegtable
and then i would like a great tasting brownie on the side with creamy choclate topping...
i know if your a well known chef this will be the best lunch ever.

Well-known chefs use better grammar and punctuation than you do. Are you sure you aren't a community college culinary program drop out?

Ok. Hope you're ready for this. I want lobster tails and claws with butter to dip in, steak cooked medium rare, sweet corn on the cob with butter and salt and pepper, and a baked potato with butter, sour cream and bacon bits. So........what time should I be ready for lunch?????

Oh, and (big T) You DO NOT eat french fries with prime rib. Try a baked potato at least.

If you are indeed a "well known chef" then you wouldn't be asking - you would be offering to serve us your specialty.
