Muslim + radical Islamic ideology + unhealthy taste for violence = terrorist

And as for Jewish + beard= ? Well, that would be "Jewish guy with facial hair".

Jews who have beards are typically religious. Muslims who have beards are typically religious.

Mostly because jewish people aren't in the news for exploding themselves.

(Not to say Israel is innocent. They do horrible things. But as individuals, I haven't heard of jewish suicide bombers, but I HAVE read about the others sort, a lot)
