pineapple cheesecake most people have never had it and it is the most delicious dessert ever made...it just melts in your mouth and who doesnt love cheesecake

Apple pie, Lemon merangue, Key lime pie, or the Pinapple cheesecake mentioned first. It's unusual so you'll get the "wow" factor plus it fits with the meal.
Go with fruits.

anything with apples!! Apples go very well with prok, try apple crisp or a dutch apple pie (no crust involved), just pick something easy

Make chocolate pudding with cool whip topping.....Not really a pie would be nice---custard.
