I was at a conference dinner not long ago and they served what appeared to be a chicken breast, wrapped in mashed potatoes and then baked.
Does anyone know what this is called?

i have ate something like this before but it was also wrapped in bacon it was the chicken breast, then the mashed potatoes, and then the bacon wrapped around it all. it was called a bacon potatoe chicken wrap
