Many people have tired and yes you can lose weight with that, but you create several potential problems doing this. First of all, you will lose a lot of water and run the risk of dehydration, especially if you are very active. Second, you start denying your body the nutrients that the food is supposed to supply. This is because of the short amount of time that the food stays in your system. Additionally, you run the risk of becoming laxative dependent and will have to have laxatives just to have a normal bowel movement after a while. Laxatives should not be used to reduce weight. If you want to eat, but get less weight from the food you eat, then eat low calorie foods that are difficult for the system to digest and are high in fiber.

Abby is 75% correct, you lose water, and your food is fast tracked thru your body so you do not get all you should out of it.
Loss of water causes dehydration which is the primary reason for fatigue and also slows down your metabolism, so your body stores more fat and burns muscle, this is called famin mode, same thing happens if you go on a crash diet, so with water loss and meat loss which weighs more than fat the numbers on the scales looks good but thats all, and when you stop doing it you will put on even more fat.
There are only two types of diets, one good one bad, it does not matter if you only eat healthy food, as soon as you eat more than your body needs it changes from a good diet to a bad one. Change your eating habits, eat less and move more.

Weight loss is best done the healthy, old fashioned way- healthy diet and exercise. Using laxatives could make you lose valuable electrolytes and could possibly send you into cardiac arrest, as they are essential for so many body processes. How much fat do you think actually comes out with feces? Don't be dumb.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Serious answer: You can drain your body of vital nutrients and screw up your digestive system so badly that you become dependent on laxatives to excrete.

This is a grade A schedule I bad idea. Don't do it.

never use laxatives, it irritates the lining of the colon, and could cause cancer, just small portions of food, drink alot of water to flush out the toxins in the body and a good brisk 45 minute walk everyday will get you were you what to be in your weight area.
