I Burn the CD using Nero but it didn't boot I used Bootable Data CD Inside Nero..............

That is an image file. You need to burn that to CD using Nero or use a program called ISOBUSTER to extract it to your Hard Drive

You need a program such as nero or roxio to accomplish this. Once you have the programs installed there is an option to burn an ISO image as a bootable CD.

Open the ISO file in PowerISO, look at the bottom left. If it says Non-Bootable Image, then get another copy of the ISO, as this one isn't full.
