That they're up to no good in some way and you'll get hurt xx

When a woman tells you that she's no good for you and that you need to find someone who will treat you better than she can, I believe she's really saying that she's insecure, and may not know how to handle an adult, mature relationship. I think it is an easy way out for her, a way to say, 'I'm sorry but I'm just not ready for this'.

However, I encourage you to see that comment as a clue of sorts, a push to truly move on and find someone who is worthy of you (and she IS out there - I promise).

Look at the situation like this: if SHE can't feel secure and confident in herself within your relationship, she most likely is not ready, and thus you probably don't want to invest your time and energy and love into someone who cannot give that back to you.

Good Luck!

If i was to say that it would really just be a nice way of telling you to get lost!She obviously just wants you to move on and by saying its because she is no good for you sort of makes it easier because you can then maybe think that she isnt any good for you!!Either that or maybe she really thinks you would be betta off without her!!It really depends on the situation im affraid!! x

Unfortunately it tends to mean that;

a) Her feelings towards you have changed.
b) She doesn't want you anymore.
c) She's found someone else, she wants him and that will hurt you.
d) She's trying to absolve herself of any guilt by telling you the above and using it as an excuse.

Next thing is she'll be saying that she wants to "be friends". Don't buy it..........just move on and forget her.

There not interested.. Sorry ,but maybe the relationship was not what she had expected or maybe she didnt have the feelings for you that should be involved in a relationship.. Atleast though she is being honest and not stringing you along and you can go on with your life. and just try to maintain a friendship with her.

They have ceated on you and are afraid you will find out about it. Take the opportunity to move on. There can be no reason for this that would indicte that 'saving' the relationship would be a good thing for you.

It sounds like she's saying that it's over especially for her, and she wants you to forget about it and get on with your life. of course she may mean she could cause a problem and she genuinely wants you to forget her for your own good, but in general it is the former.

It depends on the reason she is your ex. It may be that she is sad or upset. Or you are both in 'different places'.

She probably feels as if she doesn't want to hurt you. That you need to move on with your life or she felt as if it wasn't working.

Don't hold a grudge - move on. :)

She's an ex for a reason, move on. She is being nice, saying that she is no good for you. So find someone new.
