Do you believe?
What did Jesus tell Nicodemus?
Let the crisis reaffirm what you believe. Ask yourself, not us.
Look to scripture.

Let's see. Jesus taught two big commandments, both based on love. He taught that God is a father figure, all of our fathers.
So tell me this -- as a father, if your child broke 5 brand new fine china plates intentionally, and told you he hated you... how long would you send him to his room for? A few hours? A day or two? Ground him for a few weeks?
How about for not just the rest of his life, but all eternity?
How many dishes would he have to break before your sense of justice let you punish him infinitely? Would even an infinite number of dishes be worthy of infinite punishment?
Simply put -- the Christian and Muslim view on the One True God simply makes no sense at all.
Look at the Jewish idea. In the beginning was the True Nothing (so nothing that you can't even say 'its nothing' because nothing still exists as a void, and this wasn't even THAT). the Worshipped god comes from this. He decides to create but he fills everything and has nothing to create with. So he pulls away from himself, creating a void, and sends a ray of light of himself into the void (called the Adam Kadmon -- note: Adam). This light filters down and down until the vessels holding it are too imperfect to contain divine light and shatter. Existence is the effort to put the pieces back together. And Satan isn't the enemy, he's the adversary -- God didn't want people to have weak spirits so he gave them a spiritual sparring partner. Job's suffering doesn't make sense any other way -- Job's sufferings got worse and worse so that he could struggle against them and come to a deeper faith; if Satan was truly Job's enemy, then God is a merciless, sadistic bastard who intentionally watched one of his faithful servants be destroyed. No, Satan only gave Job exactly what Job needed to grow spiritually. And since Satan is thus loyally doing his job, he too returns to God in the end of times when *EVERYTHING* returns to God.
THAT makes sense, far, far more than this whole infinite punishment just because you didn't cry, "lord lord"

What is shakey about your faith? As Christians "our faith" is in the truth claims of God that are written in the bible. The definition of faith is the belief in things not yet seen. Faith is a substance, enthusiasm is an emotion and optimism is an attitude. Belief becomes faith when the substance of action is taken, the exercising of choice. Our first step of faith is to believe that Jesus is who He says He is and our second is to make the choice to accept this truth and following through; asking Jesus to forgive us for our sins and to become the Lord of our life. If you have done this you have entered into a covenant relationship with God that cannot be broken. The reason we can have faith in the truth claims of God that we have not yet seen is because God's word is true and the ones we have seen are consistently true all the time not just some of the time. Many Christians have accepted the free gift of salvation and neglect the rest. Asking Jesus to move in to your heart and become the Lord of ALL of your life. Forgiveness is awesome and sets you free from being a captive to sin, however, having the Lordship of Jesus in your life is when you really begin to have understanding about who you are and the true purpose that God has for you in this life on earth. The joy, the happiness, the sense of satisfaction and direction in your life by letting Jesus be the true Lord of your life is an incredible experience.
If you believe that God is who He says He is then you know that you can trust Him. If you can trust God then you can accept that He knows you best and only has your best in mind as He molds and shapes you into the man or woman He designed and created you to be before you were born.
Based on your question I would say the crisis is not your faith rather it is in what you claim to believe. Are you sure that you believe what you say you believe? In the beginning of our relationship with God, our Father, through Jesus we started with the idea that having a personal relationship with God is actually possible. As we grow and mature in our intimacy with God the idea is no longer a concept, instead it is a tangible reality, therefore, belief has become faith through the substance of acting on what we believed to be true and have found to be so. This means that knowing God personally is no longer an idea, belief system or concept; it is a reality. The only drawback to all of this is that this is a relationship and like all relationships it takes effort from both sides. God is willing to work at having an intimate and personal relationship with you, are you WILLING to put in the effort to get to know your God and your Father, The Creator of the Universe and All life?

Faith and judgement are not that unstable/faint/woobly/or a joke.
God will determine & judge your heart & spirit where He`ll put you.
Not you or us or anybody else can determine your fate.
Since Jesus is not coming tomorrow...
How about, resolving your crisis now or in immediate future, before your last hour comes (bec. you don`t know when?).
- Just ask forgiveness to God while asking Him to guide what is best for you to do with your problem these days; or...
- ask Him to show you ways to understand fully the truth or say the dogma of His belief;
- talk with religious authority (authority of the -- belief/faith) about your confusion, disbelief, disappointment, frustrations in faith
- understanding & resolving it well, then...ask forgiveness for your doubts in Him and be back in His embrace before you lose your chance in His grace.
- being disappointed with human witnesses is completely different from disappointment with Jesus or The Father. Be sure to point out well your problem.
Good luck!!! and Be blessed!!!

Salvation is a gift. You can't earn it, you can't loose it, you can't give it back. We are told to work out our salvation, that is to grow spiritually. What you do after you are saved determines which rewards you will receive. You don't have to do anything after being saved in order to stay saved, but that would bring into question the sincerity of your conversion. Only you and God know the truth about that. If you are saved, regardless of your walk, should you be alive when Jesus returns, you will be raptured.

I say if your faith isn't as strong as you think it should be you should probably investigate a little deeper into these "seeds of doubt." There may be quite a bit of truth to them.
The rapture is pure fiction, no human will ever see such an event.

it really is a lack of religion. And it actually isn't any extra performing as in case you comprehend each and every thing about each and every thing than what believers do. i do not declare to understand the solutions to each and every thing, I purely say that there is surely no reason to believe the answer to something is god. and ultimately no, you do not have a source. in the adventure that your source isn't verifiable, then it isn't a source. you could besides save on with the Lord of the earrings because the Bible. it really is also a e book, and it says issues in it. in case you pick to believe it really is authentic, that doesn't make it authentic. Edit: Excuse me? Nowhere in what I wrote does it element out something equivalent to faith. i imagine you want to envision the dictionary previously you accuse others. commonly speaking, faith is conception with out information. I suggested there is not any reason to believe that god is the answer to something. That actuality calls for no faith or believe. It purely calls for information of the particular incontrovertible actuality that there is not any information that any god exists. era. Now, please clarify the position you note faith in my actuality. Edit: I purely study with leisure your attempt to apply faith as a verb to say that in case you do not remember on god you ought to, for this reason, remember on something else. So, i wager which ability if i'm no longer using east, i should be using in another route, disregarding the prospect that i'm no longer using in any respect.

As long as you accept Christ as Lord and Savior then you will be saved. The idea that you have to a certain level of faith only supports the idea that you can earn your way into Heaven.

Shaky faith happens to everyone from time to time. You're seeking help, and that's good. The best help you can get is to confess to the Lord you're weak faith, and ask him to increase your faith. They apostles did! Luke 17:5---"The apostles said to the Lord, 'Increase our faith!'"
