There are those that might seek knowledge from Satan and his demons but the bible strictly warns against this practice. “There should not be found in you . . . anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead.”—Deuteronomy 18:10, 11 Deuteronomy 18:10-12: ‘There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah. : “Oppose the Devil, and he will flee from you.” (Jas. 4:7) The scriptures make plain that “the dead . . . are conscious of nothing at all.” (Ecclesiastes 9:5) The spirit world is therefore not inhabited by souls of departed loved ones. What, then, is the reason for such frightening experiences? Wicked demons! According to the Bible, these are rebel angels, followers of Satan the Devil. (1 Peter 3:19, 20; Revelation 12:9) They have a history of perpetrating mischief and mayhem among humans. Many who have dabbled in the occult for what ever reason have experienced untold horrors. “If only I’d known” is a phrase commonly heard among those who came to regret playing with the supernatural. So observed Personality, a South African magazine. Typical is the lament: “If only I hadn’t been so naïve. I have suffered unbelievable torment, voices, nightmares, threats, and I have been tortured mentally and physically by other satanists when I tried to get out.” So yes Satan can influence people, look what he did to Eve in the Garden of Eden. People with demon influence oftern hear voices and such. The best source of knowledge comes from the most high Jehovah God. Christians must, therefore, put up a hard fight against these unseen wicked spirits. James, in arguing that belief alone is not sufficient, says: “You believe there is one God, do you? You are doing quite well. And yet the demons believe and shudder.” (Jas 2:19)

There are spirits that work through seers for instance. These are familiar spirits and you should avoid them if you are a Christian. Its a cheap imitation of the gift of prophesy and the word of knowledge that God gives.

Can he? Yes, as long as God gives permission. But I'm not so sure about your examples. More likely, he would give scientific knowledge to 'prove' that his lies about God COME from God. Like what he did with the Koran.

yes, the devil is very powerful, but whaterver he does is evil. he can perform miracles, but by using his demons. he can do what you say. but it is always bad knowledge. just keep that in mind.

Satan gives us his knowledge every day in decisions we have to make, in things we have to do, in actions we have to take...fortunately, while he rules this kingdom, we learn that his ways are optional based on choice...and in most cases we choose against his version of reality...
