Originally the shell was made of egg and the powder from flour.
Crush the egg (filled with flour) and throw in the eyes.

I would ask a ninja when he is off duty and has free time...maybe then he can share with you the ancient secret of the disappearing smoke bomb. and after that, go to the store and buy some magic potion and turn people into frogs or something.

dude, a smoke bomb does not make a ninja "vanish", it's merely a tactic they use to occupy or blind an opponent long enough to escape without them being noticed.
you kids really should quit thinking that what you see on Naruto or Inuyasha (or ANY Anime show forthat matter) has feasable reality to it, it's just part of a storyline to make the show or movie look cool to the viewer.
smoke bombs are only for use by military or law enforcement especially, because it confuses or blinds the perpetrator long enough for them to subdue them with out injury.
What you see on tv or in a movie is not always real, not even if it says "based on a true story" not all of it is real.

I know that smoke bombs sound fun , but the ones with explosives are very dangerous . Throwing powder is a better Idea .

I just saw a ninja and I was going to ask him, but he threw one of his smoke bombs down onto the ground and disappeared. Then I decided to shut the cartoons off and do something more useful like answer questions on Yahoo answers. So... maybe someone can tell you how to make ninja smoke bombs, but not me.

like the first guy said. ......i read some ninja book in the 80s about how they would empty an egg of the yolk through a small hole and then refill it with powder. that's the method.

the ninja were so good at making themselves vanish like this that they vanished themselves right out of the history books leading people to believe that they never historically existed or did the things they did.
putting them right up there with other myths like robin hood or bigfoot.
the closest thing that it comes to is that "ninja" were actually just samurai sent on sabotage or assasination missions.
